TX’s cut to length line with rotary shear is mainly used for cutting light gauge and medium gauge material. Thickness range of strips is 0.3-6.0mm. Suitable for processing cold rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminium and etc. Applicable for service centres, steel mill and finished product industries.

TX’s rotary shear CTL is composed of decoiler, peeler, leveller, length measuring unit, rotary shear, double station stacker. The max line speed is up 100m/min, cutting rate up to 200cuts/min, length tolerance up to ±0.2 mm/m.
