The role of leveler is mainly as follows:
1. Good shape can be obtained after the plate is stretched and bent by the leveler, which can eliminate the edge of the plate, wave shape, ladle and mild sickle bend, and greatly improve the flatness of the plate;
2. It is beneficial to improve the anisotropy of materials;
3. Eliminate the yield platform and prevent the formation of slip lines;
Precautions for the use of leveler
1. Roller leveling principle
High flatness can be obtained by using a precision leveler to flatten the workpiece, and the internal stress is significantly reduced. The leveling workpiece is bent alternately in the middle of the leveling roller and driven separately to achieve the leveling of the workpiece. The upper and lower leveling rollers are interlaced and arranged to form a wedge section opening in the direction of operation. Large bending deformations occur at the inlet, where the material deforms until it reaches a plastic state. At the exit, the workpiece is only in an elastic state and leaves the leveler with a flat surface.
2. Middle roller with a spiral groove
Leveling machine in use for a period of time, the support roller will leave an indentation on the leveling material, which will reduce the surface quality of the workpiece, some workpiece materials do not allow the support roller to leave an indentation, at this time, the leveling machine should be equipped with middle rollers, these middle rollers have a spiral groove, these grooves on the leveling machine also play a clean role.
3. Leveling of the workpiece
The workpiece is levelled to the desired flatness in a single levelling run as it passes through the precision leveler. Parts are fed into and out of the precision leveler by a conveyor belt or roller. Large parts may require secondary leveling.
4. Continuous leveling
Circular workpieces need to be levelled in both directions. The economical solution for mass production of workpieces such as clutch lamination is a continuous leveler. The double leveling line is composed of two precision workpiece leveling units connected by a rotating table.
5. Operation of leveler
The leveler can be set up quickly and easily thanks to the upper beam leveler roller feed system. Through the control panel in different national languages, enter the setting values. The adjustment of the upper roller frame is carried out by the motor and worm gear mechanism, and the adjustment accuracy reaches 0.01mm. High-performance positioning control ensures instant adjustment value change. The setup of the machine tool is performed through the teaching system, using the workpiece number memory. When the same type of material is processed again, after the workpiece number is entered, the upper roller frame automatically moves to the correct position.
6. The turntable
The rotary table is installed between two leveling machines and rotates the parts by 90°. Rotation is accomplished by means of two conveyors or rollers running at different speeds. The belt speed can be controlled in order to fit the size of the parts.
7. Bending of support roll (adjusting mechanism)
The intermediate defect and edge wave of the metal plate can be eliminated by this mechanism. Therefore, the support of the lower support roller frame is adjusted separately in height. The lateral tilt of the upper roller supports this process. This process is controlled by on-screen graphics.
8. Level the roller frame
The leveling roller is the tool part of the leveling machine, so the quality of the leveling result depends on the accuracy and rigidity of the leveling roller.
9. Drive of leveler
Leveler is equipped with a cycloid needle motor with frequency conversion. The output of the motor is transmitted to the split gearbox or direct drive gearbox via a synchronous gear belt. The gearbox drives the leveling roller separately through the universal shaft.
